The dynamic German-based company offers software solutions that help companies and brands to detect and contain product piracy and brand abuse. Their AI algorithm searches the web for brands and products and monitors online marketplaces or social platforms.

Currently, they are looking for an Enforcement Hero to join their team and help them on their mission to protect brands and reduce counterfeiting on the internet in a sustainable and effective way.

Your main role is submitting takedown requests from our clients and their brands to online marketplaces and social media platforms.

Your work will include:

• Prepare and submit takedown requests to the relevant platforms and/or stand-alone websites, following established processes.
• Document and track takedown requests to ensure follow-up and resolution.
• Interacting with the Enforcement Team Lead about the finding results, adjusting search setup and validation processes when necessary.
• Tracking KPIs by checking and analyzing performance statistics and checking on takedowns.

Main requirements:

• You have excellent written and conversational English skills for conducting communication with an English-speaking team and navigating the platform and understanding the content.
• You worked in/around the tech industry as a Content Researcher, Data Entry, Customer Success, or similar role before
• You have a client-oriented attitude
• You are a digital native who can learn to navigate new software quickly.
• You are well-organized, diligent, and super detail-oriented
• You are a self-starter who doesn't need reminders
• You like to do repetitive work as well as contribute to more complex tasks
