The USA-based founder is looking for an Executive Assistant to help him manage and structure his daily workflow activities. Except for his business, he is also involved in consulting and a nonprofitable organization, where your help is particularly required.  This organization helps international or immigrant physicians be able to practice in the United States.

You´ll work hand in hand and independently on coordinating the projects, attending meetings, and fulfilling various administrative tasks. Your main job is to oversee, plan, and organize daily activities.

This role is for someone who enjoys working on several projects and processes and stays focused; someone with a solution-oriented attitude and logical mindset who likes challenges and can easily organize himself and the founder.

You will work on various tasks and meet interesting people, so a helpful attitude and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
