The company is scaling its products and operations fast, so they are looking for a passionate Marketing Assistant to join its team and implement marketing strategy, and contribute to customer success and lead generation activities.

Your work will include:

• Implementing marketing strategy activities and campaigns
• Implementing content strategy in social media
• creating and editing content design creativities for SM posts (photo and video editing, creating auto-captions, using templates in Canva, etc)
• sourcing for potential leads in social media (Instagram, Facebook)
• engage with profiles in social media by making likes, adding friends, making comments, and sending proactive messages ( text templates are provided)
• providing excellent customer experience, supporting clients where necessary
• making follow-ups, receiving feedback
• managing client database, communicating in social media chats

Main requirements:

• This won't be your first job. You have been working in marketing or a similar field before
• You are passionate about marketing and would love to develop your skills
• You have excellent communication skills, you like to engage with people and have a client-oriented attitude
• You are fluent with social media (Instagram and Facebook in specific) or even have experience managing or developing business accounts
