A fast-growing martech that develops cloud-based software to provide small and medium businesses with tools to thrive in these changing economic times. They are looking for an enthusiastic Marketing Manager  for SaaS business full-time (mid-level and senior) to help them develop, grow, and maintain their inbound/outbound marketing strategy.

You will plan, oversee and implement marketing activities and campaigns together with your small remote team.

Responsibilities:

• Creating, implementing, and maintaining a high ROI marketing strategy, with a focus on digital, for all software (three products).
• Be accountable and responsible for managing and implementing inbound/outbound lead generation tools like paid campaigns, content marketing, SEO/SEM, re-targeting, email marketing, and social media ads based on the approved overarching marketing and channel strategy.
• Be responsible for ROMI and report regularly on the marketing success metrics.
• Assess and implement global best practice across marketing channels.
• Coordinate and manage content across all platforms and be hands-on in the writing/editing process as required.
• Create training videos and sales webinars.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of successful B2B experience as marketer manager, in demand generation and inbound/outbound marketing (lead generation, nurturing, follow up, sales funnels, SEO/SEM, content marketing campaign execution and measurement).
• You are experienced in setting up strategies with an omnichannel approach throughout the customer journey to maximize impact.
• Experience in ROMI metrics and formulas, as well as managing and reporting on marketing budgets and ROI for campaigns.
• You have a testing mindset and are eager to try new things.
• You have experience managing a remote team, but also ready to pull up your sleeves and help out when necessary.
• Demonstrable knowledge and experience with marketing automation systems.
• Organized and efficient with relentless attention to details.
• Fluent writing, proofing, and editing skills in English.
