The construction inspection company is located in the USA. They inspect large construction projects on behalf of banks that rely on the inspections to monitor progress and understand if conditions for construction loans are being met. Over the years in the business, they have also created a cloud-based platform that helps them manage their daily workflow and created a separate brand for it. The company is small and flexible with a relaxed environment, but very busy.

Currently, the team is looking for a passionate, experienced Marketing Generalist (Marketing Manager) who will help them create brand awareness and implement marketing activities (inbound and outbound). The ideal candidate is comfortable multi-tasking, good at prioritizing under minimum supervision, and has strong project coordinating skills. This role is for someone tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and influential communicator. You should also be comfortable with the sales aspect of the customer journey where necessary. This role is long-term; you will implement the same activities for all company bands.

You will get your hands dirty with things like positioning, messaging, research, LinkedIn activities, managing content creation, website & blog management, managing various freelancers for implementation, possible CRM and SEO elements and many other fields.
