The USA based team of govtech entrepreneurs that have had a great success in a field is currently looking for a Podcast Producer who has experience in creating and launching exciting and high-quality podcasts. The founder, with his 20 years of experience in the government tech sector has a lot of knowledge to share and topics to cover. He owns a wide network of people who can share their success stories in the government tech sector, at the same time helping public organizations get an insight into their needs in tech solutions. Your job is to shape this down into thrilling podcast episodes from scratch.

Your work will include:

● Coordinating pre-production: planning and preparation (choosing best format and practices, pairing parties, scheduling, etc.) ● Sharing your recommendations about the content, scripting if necessary - this is where your skills in storytelling might be required ● Taking over the post-production activities: audio editing, releasing podcast trailers if required, publishing on various platforms and website ● Implementing best practices in promoting episodes and creating awareness (or familiar with them). Bonus points if you have experience using Canva or any other similar tool

You are not required to do these all hands on, except for the post-production part, but to coordinate the team, and share your knowledge and experience in creating and promoting a high-quality and exciting podcast.

Requirements:

● You are passionate about storytelling, and podcast production and you have launched successful podcasts from scratch before (we would love to see your previous works) ● You are able to coordinate and implement the full cycle of podcast production ● You have a hands on experience with different podcast recording and editing tools and softwares (Riverside, Pro Tools, GarageBand, Adobe Audition, Descript, etc) ● You have experience working with various content sharing platforms ● You are proactive, detail oriented and have strategical thinking

● You have excellent written and fluent English for conducting communication with English speaking stakeholders ● You have the ability to work part-time within US hours
