The dynamic German-based company offers software solutions that help companies and brands to detect and contain product piracy and brand abuse. Their AI algorithm searches the web for brands and products and monitors online marketplaces or social platforms.

Currently, they are looking for a Validation Hero to join their superhero team and help them on their mission to protect brands and reduce counterfeiting on the internet in a sustainable and effective way.

Your main role is reviewing and validating product findings and results. This is an important part in scaling and improving a model of a machine learning algorithm.

Your work will include:

• collaborating with the Customer Success manager in onboarding new clients for better understanding of their trademarks and brand products
• training machine learning algorithms to identify relevant findings through online marketplaces by images, keywords, etc.
• reviewing and sort product findings on relevancy and further approval by the client
• tracking KPI´sby checking and analyzing product statistics, checking on findings sent to the client
• interacting with CS manager about the finding results, adjusting research and validation processes when necessary
• creating bug tickets if required

Main requirements:

• You have excellent written and conversational English skills for conducting communication with an English-speaking team and navigating the platform, and understanding the content.
• You worked in/around the tech industry as a Content Researcher, Data Entry, Customer Success or similar role before
• You have a client-oriented attitude
• You are a digital native and able to learn to navigate new software quickly.
• You are well-organized, diligent and super detail-oriented
• You are self-starter who doesn't need reminders
• You like to do repetitive work as well as contribute to more complex tasks
